Giving Employers a More Flexible Healthcare Avenue

The human arsenal might be expansive beyond all limits, but to tell you the truth, it doesn’t have anything more valuable than that tendency of ours to grow on a consistent basis. According to certain reports, the solution brings a wide assortment of services, such as healthcare benefits navigation, provider search, claims assistance, point solution referral, member engagement communications, and much more, to the table. Now, while the company already provides these services through another product named Quantum Health Complete, the new brainchild positions Quantum to tap into a segment of employers who require fewer services than what a whole suite tends to offer.

“Our Complete solution, historically speaking, literally replaced your insurance carrier. You hire a [third party administrator], you hire Quantum to do everything else,” said Zane Burke, CEO of Quantum Health. “If you are particularly a large self-insured employer, that can be a daunting task … What Access allows us to do is really meet our clients a little bit more where they are. ‘Okay, you’re not ready for the full rip-everybody-out piece, but you want to get the benefits of having a concierge.’”

Notably, the product in question delivers an interesting follow-up to 2022 McKinsey Employer Health Benefits Survey, which discovered that 41% of 1,640 employers already offer or will definitely offer advocacy services, like care navigation, to their workers, thus bolstering the commercial prospects for a company like Quantum Health.
