As a Medtech startup based in the Netherlands, GOAL 3’s journey began with a simple yet profound vision: to enable and empower health workers where it is needed the most. We recognized the immense potential of technology to bridge gaps in access and quality of care, particularly in underserved regions where healthcare infrastructure is often lacking. However, we also understood that true transformation could only be achieved by fostering local leadership and collaboration every step of the way.
Our approach from the outset was clear: to build strong partnerships with local stakeholders, empower communities through training and education, support indigenous entrepreneurship and innovation, and adapt our solutions to the unique contexts of each African nation we served.

We firmly believe that sustainable change can only be realized through genuine collaboration and partnership. From the outset, we sought to establish strong relationships with local healthcare professionals, government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders.
